Conclusion:①HSP70 may have an important role during the development of larynegeal papilloma;Expression of HSP70 can be used as important pathological grade.②The positive percentage of HSP70 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher correlated with pathological grade and metastasis of lymph node but had no obvious correlations with clinical stage and age.Detection of the expression of HSP70 may be useful in evalution of the aggressiveness of human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.③The up-regulated expression of Livin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma suggests that Livin plays an important role in tumor occurrence and progress through inhibiting cell apoptosis. Therefoe,we conclud that Livin may be the index for identifying LSCC.Livin can provide new appropriate target for gene therapy to LSCC.④The positive percentage of Livin in laryngeal squamous cancer was significantly higher correlated with metastasis of lymph node and clinical stage but had no obvious correlations with pathological grade, sex and age.⑤There exists relation between expression of HSP70 and Livin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. They may be influence apoptosis though interacting. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Livin Protein, Heat Shock Proteins 70, Immunhistochemistry, Precancerosis of larynx, Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
