Objective To ascertain suspicious risk factors of childhood leukemia, provide academic evidence to reveal the etiology of childhood leukemia .Methods By 1:1 control study, 136 cases of childhood leukemia were analyzed with the conditional Logistic regression model. Results In the single factor analysis ,there were 15 of 88 indexes were obviously significance(include number of siblings, birth weight, family tumor history, father's exposure to petroleum, mother's exposure to agriculture chemicals, paternal reproductive age, maternal reproductive age , high voltage cable near house, use of Mosquito-Repellent Incense, drinking water from well, burning charcoal, family decoration, frequent infections, food preference, preference to instant noodle). While in the multi-factors stepwise regression analysis, there were 6 of 88 indexes with significance ,include birth weight, family tumor history, maternal reproductive age, high voltage cable near house, family decoration, frequent infections. Conclusion This study had some limitations due to lack of enough examples, but it could reveal some suspicious risk factors of childhood leukemia. These could provide scientific evidence for prevention of childhood leukemia .The evidence of leukemia should be reduced by avoid exposure to the risk factors.
