Objective:To explore the risk factors of children acute leukemia, thus provides the theoretical basis for the prevention of childhood acute leukemia. Methods:Design a survey about risk factors of childhood acute leukemia to analyze the relevant risk factors by comparing 116 cases of acute leukemia acute children in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2009 to December 2010 with 116 instances of non-leukemia of the same period in hospital, According to the single factor analysis, the significant factors were analyzed with the multifactor conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results:In the single factor analysis,11 out of 15 indexes were significant, including gender, ethnicity, onset age, gestation number, family history of cancer, maternal mother childbearing age, living in rural, house fitment, radiation exposure, surrounded by chemical plants, frequent infection. In the multifactor Logistic regression analysis,5 out of 11 indexes were significant, including family history of cancer, maternal childbearing age, house fitment, radiation exposure, frequent infection history. Conclusion:It is shown that family history of cancer, maternal childbearing age, house fitment, radiation exposure, frequent infection history are closely related to the pathogeny of childhood acute leukemia and may be the distinguished risk factors of childhood acute leukemia.
