However, the gap between the city and the countryside suddenly expands, large amounts of hygienic resources are centralized to the city, the general farmers have not any medical safeguards, the phenomenon of "causing poverty and returning poverty due to disease"is quite prominent.In order to meet 900 million farmers'healthy needs, the new rural cooperative medical system was experimented in 2003.The establishment of the new rural cooperative medical system is helpful to prevent farmers from causing or returning poverty and to protect rural productive forces, promote the development of the rural economy, and is also helpful to promote the health reform and development in rural, to maintain the stability of the rural and even the whole society, to realize the goal of construction of "building a well—off society in a round way". main arrangement for serious disease The new rural cooperative medical system has 6 characteristics: Firstly, the government's support dynamics has been increased.
