The Influence Of Drop Pill Of Shuangdan Upon Essential Hypertention(Stagnated Blood Lock Collaterals Syndrome) Patients' Blood Pressure And The Serum Angâ…¡ Expression

Objactives:The study aim to make an accurate evaluation to the clinical efficacy and security of drop pill of ShuangDan in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate Essential Hyper-tension(EH) of stagnated blood lock collaterals syndrome in comparison with ShuangDan granules by this clinical trial, and approach it to the influence that the blood pressure and the serum angiotensin II (Ang II ) of patients express.Methods:The clinical trial deploy the design method that is the randomized, double blind, double mimesis, positive medicine of parallel check. The 40 patients, from 18 to 65 years old ,were divided into the trial group (n=20,treated with drop pill of ShuangDan, 20 pills once, third a day) and the control group(n=20,treated with ShuangDan granules, 1 sack once, third a day) at 1-1 of comparison. The course of treatmen for both groups was 28 days.Main curative effect index:Clinic blood press-ure(CBP), Ambulary blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)and Ang II ; Secondary curative effect index:traditional Chinese medicine correlated symptom, tongue demonstration, pulse tracings; safe index:blood routine,urina routine,sedes routine, hepar function ,renal function, electrocardiogram(ECG),ect.On the whole trial process, 5 times interview was set up(i.e:0 days, lst-4th weekend).Results: The total effective rate of depressurization curative effect in the trial group is 95%, and 75% in the control group.The total effective rate of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) syndrome is in the trial group is 90%, and 70% in the control group.They showed obvious statistical difference(P<0.05).After 4th week-end:ABPM between two groups dropped significantly. The serum AngII density of two groups lower obviously after trial(P<0.01), and there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Monitoring every safe index in the trial, the comparison in intra-group, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).No adverse effect was found in the study.Conclusions: The drop pill of ShuangDan is effective and safety in the treatment of Essential Hypertension (stagnated blood lock collaterals syndrome), and it possess effectiveness of degrading the serum Angiotensin II of EH' s patients.
