The Change Of Platelet Mobilizing Function And The Effect Of Ozagrel Treatment In Patients With TIA

Objective To investigate the change of platelet mobilizing function and effect of treatment of Ozagrel in patients with TIA.Measures: we determined the value CD62p,CD63 in conventional therapy group and Ozagrel therapy group in deferent time by means of flow cytometry and monoclonal antibody technique.Results CD62p,CD63 increased obviously in patients with TIA,and decreased quickly after treatment with Ozagrel .There was difference significantly in two groups(p<0.01).Conclusions CD62p,CD63 increase obviously in patients with TIA, and correlate with prong-osis; Ozagrel treatment an decrease CD62p, CD63 quickly and elevate the effective power of treatment.
