The Research Of Protection About Ozagrel To Focal Ischemic/reperfusion Injury In Rats | | Posted on:2007-06-06 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y F Ren | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2144360185970589 | Subject:Neurology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Background and purpose:Ischemic cerebrolvascular disease is one of the common and frequently-occurring disease to life and health of the aged in nowadays.But there is no effective treatment at present.Nerve growth factor(NGF) plays a important role in advancing growth and differentiation of nerve cell,adjusting metabolism and function of nervous system,helping regeneration and repair after damage.Exogenous NGF can't permeate the blood-brain barrier(BBB),for this reason,it is impossible to gain its protection for general medication and use in clinic generally.People is going in for searching the medicine which can promote expressive endogenous NGF in recent years.The purpose is to solve the problem that exogenous NGF can't permeate the blood-brain battier.Ozagrel is specific TXA2 enzyme inhibitor.It has been proved to be evident at anti-thrombogenesis,increasing cerebral blood flow and recovering neurologic impairment in clinical empirical study.The same effect is also proved in animal empirical study.Its major indication in clinical application is acute cerebral infarction and motor disorder concomitant with cerebral infarction.
