Objectives: Acute cerebral infarction threatens people's health seriously. The combination of anti-platelets in treating cardiocerebrovascular disease is a hot study nowadays. This research is aimed to observe the curative effect and security of combination of ozagrel and aspirin in treating acute cerebral infarction and to study the influence of anti-platelets medicine upon correlative parameters of platelets. Methods: 228 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into four groups, A, B, C, and D randomly. There were 91 cases in Group A, of whom 50 were male and 41 female, with an average age of 63.25士10.85 years old. In Group A, the patients were given 80mg ozagrel and 250ml physiological saline by intravenous injection once every 12 hours. At the same time, 100 mg aspirin were given to take orally once a day for a period 14 days. The treatment for the rest is same with the comparison group. There were 55 cases in Group B, of whom 30 were male and 25 female, with an average age of 63.04士11.77 years old. In Group B,the patients were given 80mg ozagrel and 250ml physiological saline by intravenous injection once every 12 hours for a period of 14 days. The treatment for the rest is same with the comparison group. There were 35 cases in Group C, of whom 20 were male and 15 female, with an average age of 63.17士11.05 years old . In Group C, the patients were given 100 mg aspirin to take orally once a day for a period of 14 days. The treatment for the rest is same with the comparison group. There were 47 cases in Group D, of whom 20 were male and 27 female, with an average age of 63.28士11.46 years old . Group D acted as the comparison group. Taking the circumstances into consideration, the patients in this group were given a comprehensive treatment of cerebral protection of dehydration and skull decompress, promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis by Chinese traditional medicine, ameliorating metabolize of brain cell. Meanwhile, 14 days before and after treatment, we respectively monitor the NIHSS, as well as the change of MPV, PLT, PDW, FBG and PT, and phlebotomized. Then we compared the curative effect of the four groups and the influence of anti-platelets medicine upon correlative parameters of platelets.Findings: The curative effect of combination of ozagrel and aspirin excels that of their separate adoption.Among the group of ozagrel (Group B), the group of adopting aspirin merely (Group C), the group of Chinese traditional medicine (Group D), a significant difference P<0.05 was found out by comparing the four groups. There was a significant difference between total effective rate and total efficiency when comparing. Meanwhile, total effective rate and total efficiency of Group A were higher than the other groups obviously. Comparing Group A with Group B, Group C and Group D, a great significant difference P<0.01 was found out. Total effective rate and total efficiency of Group A was higher than that of Group B, Group B higher than Group C, and Group C higher than Group D.The MPV, PDW increased and PLT decreased after acute cerebral infarction. The anti- platelets medicine had influence on the above named indices, among which the group of drug combination had great influence and were found out a significant difference P<0.05 among them compared with the other three groups. A significant difference P<0.05 was found out when comparing Group B with Group C and Group D. No significant difference P>0.05 was found out when comparing Group C with Group D. This indicated that ozagrel had influence on MPV, PWD and PLT, among which the influence of drug combination is obvious. The groups of aspirin and Chinese traditional medicine had inconspicuous influence on the above named indices. We monitored the regulation of change of FBG and PT. After treatment, FBG and PT of the respective four groups had no significant difference P>0.05 compared with previous treatment. This indicated that the treatment of each group had no influence upon FBG and PT. No tendency of hemorrhage was found, which was considered safe. Four groups in different sex had no significant difference between total effective rate and total efficiency when comparing.( P>0.05) The curative effect of the anti- platelets medicine had no significant difference between men and womenConclusions:1. The combination of ozagrel and aspirin in treating acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease ameliorates the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction obviously. Total effective rate and total efficiency excels that of adopting ozagrel and aspirin separately.2. The combination of ozagrel and aspirin in treating acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease may have influence on the value of MPV, PDW and PLT and could decrease the activation of platelet obviously, whose effect excels adopting ozagrel and aspirin separately.3. The combination of ozagrel and aspirin in treating acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease has no influence on indices of PT and FBG. No side effects, such as serious or fateful hemorrhage happened before treatment, during treatment and after treatment, which indicates that the combination of anti-platelet in treating is safe and reliable.
