Preliminary Discussion On The E-government Of Health System In China

The E-government of health system is regarded as the way demand of the systematic system reform of health system, it acts not only the complementary tool of the government affairs, but also the motive force of the government reform, especially, it is important in building up a high-efficient, clean, fair government operational mode convenient for people, promoting the medical system reform of health system. But it has not got the due attention in the circle of domestic theory; the study on E-government of health system is still weak. Seeing that domestic and international materials are all relatively deficient, I try to carry on the preliminary discussion on the E-government of health system.The thesis starts with reinventing and innovating to the management style in government reconstruction course, emphasizing the importance of the E-government to the reform of health system, using method of induction and deduce in defining the E-government of health system. According to its current situation of the development, this thesis summarizes the problems and tries to analyze its reasons through comprehensive analysis, then proposes the policy suggestion pointedly. Put forward a series of constructive suggestions from thought and knowledge, E-government outside of construction together with inside building. I hope it can be helpful to relieving the difficult position of E-government construction of the health system, I hope, too, this article can play a role in casting a brick to attract jade, in making the E-government of health system get the due care ,in promoting the independent research to the E-government of health system.The structure and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:Chapter one mainly introduces current study situations of the E-government of the health system in our country firstly, and then provides a review of relevant researches. Relevant valuable materials are quite a few, for example E-government research and the construction experience both at home and abroad studied.Chapter two carries on the simple introduction to the relevant situations of the E-government of health system at first, including intension defined, macroscopic orienting, important meaning and stage goal ; then summarizes the construction current situation of the E-government of health system emphatically.Chapter three focuses on and dissects a series of questions appearing in the E-government construction of health system, mainly carry on in-depth analysis with four respects such as supplementary measure from the unstandard phenomenon, reality in thought and knowledge, management.Chapter four proposes the policy suggestion pointedly according to a series of questions described above, build from thought and knowledge, E-government of health system outside of construction together with inside building. Putting forward a series of constructive suggestions, in website construction, object to increase strength and treating relevant laws and regulations reasonably, etc..Chapter five mainly looks forward to the development prospect of the E-government of health system, and we should be optimistic to the development prospect of the E-government of health system.
