Objective: Through the analysis of medical treatment disputs,to seek the measures of preventing and reducing it. Methods: To dope whole sampling to make a statistic analysis restorspectively about the 213 complaining cases to a first class, second grade special hospital in urmqi during 2003.1.1 to 2005.12.31. Results: The more complaint of 213 cases Come from medical-treatment in 3 years (151, 70.89%), and the less from non-medical treatment (62, 28.77%), but the complaint to the non-medical treatment have a increasing trend gradually in recent years; In the complaint of medical treatment, paediatric cases were major (90, 59.60%). technical level and maner of service were most the 151 cases (68.87%), the complaints to bad management of hospital, section office were less (31.13%), In these cases, the doctors bad responsibility were most (63/104) among the medical affairs personnel's mistakes and accidents; in different section offices, the complaint to the clinic were most (27), and then the paediatric section (25), which is may be related to the hightest discharged from hospital prison-time of paediatric. Conslusions: The major measures to prevent and reduce the complaint to medical treatment were to enhance and improve the medical affairs personnel's responsibility and technical level and maner of service, meantime, the intensifying in side management in hospital and section office were important, moreover, neither to ignore the complaint to the medical treatment, nor the complaint to the non-medical treatment.
