Objective:This thesis aims to understand the current situation of the hospital medical disputecomplaint cases and the cognition of disputes causative factors for clinician,thereby furtherto analyze their causes and risk factors.Based on the theory of feed-forward control, utmostlyprevent the occurence of defects,error and accidents in diagnosis and treatment work. Inaddition, reduce the occurrence of disputes and strengthen the medical risk and servicemanagement.Methods:Descriptive analysis was used to analysis the information about medical dispute casesduring the past four years.Questionnaire survey was to understand the cognition of disputescausative factors for clinician.Excel was used to establish database,while SPSS17.0was usedfor data analysis.Results:1.Complaint rate in surgical system is higher and complaints are mainly middle-agedand old patients.Time interval values of treatment and complaint are rising.There is asignificant statistical significance of time interval values in different systems.2.There were significant differences in time interval between hospitalize and complaintof patients in four years(P<0.05). And the average time interval was increasing in medicinesystems and surgery systems.3.There were no significant differences in complaint rate between responsibility andirresponsibility of hospital. However,there were significant differences in complaint reasons.The reason of responsibility complaint fucused on clinical case and the reason ofirresponsibility complaint fucused on service attitude.4.There were significant differences in controlling dispute cognization of differentprofessional qualifications doctors who treat dispute dispose scheme and nursingintervention as some a method(P<0.05).5. Among the clinicians’ risk recognition surveys, perinatal period, diagnoses and treatment problems are high risk factors.In addition,there is a big difference in induceddisputes recognition of different clinicians(P<0.05),but recognition in hospital managementand social factors is the same.Conclusions:1. Disputes of inpatients are important in medical disputes. And perioperative perioddisputes in surgical system need to focus.2. There is an incubation period in the outbreak of the medical dispute,and it isgradually extending.Thus hospital risk management will have more time to intervene inadvance.3. Complaint cases which doctors are accountable for are harmful for patients anddoctors,so it is necessary to build dispute feed-forward control system.According tocharacteristics and high risk factors of disputes,patients’ risk assessment standard has to bemade and learning organization also has to be set up to study how to control high riskcases.In addition,hospital risk management apartment can make use of incubation period inmedical disputes to take action such as placate patients.
