[Objectives] To take the measurements for indoor air pollutants from burning coal in Gui Ding, Gui Zhou province, including PM4,SO2,CO. Measurements were taken in asthmatic children's house. To detect 16, 27 locus of β2-AR and ACE genetic polymorphisms. So as to find out the linkage between childhood asthma and interaction of indoor air pollutants from burning coal and genetic polymorphisms susceptible to asthma.[Methods] Basic informations and blood samples of asthmatic children were collected. PCR was used to detect 16, 27 locus of β2-AR and ACE genetic polymorphisms. Measurements for PM4,SO2,CO were taken in county and country respectively. Genotype frequencies of three genetic polymorphisms were calculated. Using the epidemiologic method of case-only study, the interaction of indoor air pollutants from burning coal and genetic polymorphisms susceptible to asthma was analyzed.[Results] PM4, SO2 and CO concentrations of county are within common standards. PM4, SO2 concentrations of country are in excess of common standards for 67% and 61% respectively while CO concentration is within guideline. The frequencies of...
