Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic feasibility of Frozen sections of cervical tissue after Hemaloxylin Coloration Test in discovering cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) early. Analyze the leukorrhea diseases of CIN, which include four syndromes, in order to evaluate the relationship of CIN and every syndrome of leukorrhea diseases.Method: Cervical Hematoxylin Coloration Test was utilized under a colposcope on the 73 patients of abnormal Thinprep Test. A tissue sample was taken from + or ± test areas from performing the colposcopy. Frozen sections and HE paraffin-embedded sections of biopsy was conducted separately to observe the stained karyon. Classify 31 patients with leukorrhea diseases of CIN into 4 syndromes: syndrome of spleen asthenia, syndrome of kidney asthenia, syndrome of dampheat and syndrome of damptoxin. Analyze the relationship of CIN and every syndrome of leukorrhea diseases.Results: The study shows that the results of Frozen Section and pathology results have no obvious variance (p = 0.833). Of the 31 leukorrhea diseases which are CIN, syndrome of dampheat is significantly associated with CIN.Conclusion: The Frozen Section of cervical tissue with positive Hematoxylin Coloration Test can predict the pathology result, can discover cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) early, reduce the rate of misdiagnose, reduce unnecessary cervical biopsy , and give guidance to the scope of surgical operation. In the CIN, syndrome of dampheat is the main syndrome, so the key cause of leukorrhea diseases in CIN is dampheat.
