The Research On Formulating Of Prescriptions In Jiyingangmu Treatment Leukorrhea Illness

The object of research is to study the program of Ji Yin Gangmu and the door of leukorrhea.Through reading a large number of literature materials,and on the basis of previous studies,further analysis and summary were made on the academic thoughts of WuZhiwang in the treatment of patients with leukorrhea and explored the characteristics of its prescription combination in distinguishing and treating different syndromes with leukorrhea.Ji Yin Gangmu advocates the doctrine of "The Yellow Emperor's Internal Canon of Medicine”,especially the dialectical treatment.In the door of the red and white leukorrhea,there are 63 pieces prescription of the leukorrhea.It's divided into six types of syndromes,hot-dampness,deficiency-cold,phlegm-dampness,wind-evil and so on.According to the statistical analysis of the frequency under the band,WuZhiwang more commonly used pungent and warm drugs to treat the leukorrhea of hot-dampness.Under the treatment of deficiency-cold,combined with the method of external treatment,and multi-purpose toxic drugs.In the choice of dosage forms,most of them were pills.Judging from the characteristics of the formula under the leukorrhea,he was good at using few medicines,but strong in them.It should be paid to the tonic medicine under the treatment of leukorrhea with deficiency damage and deficiency-cold,mainly to the use of angelica sinensis,paeonia lacti flora pall,atractylodes,licoriceto supplement qi and blood,and the combination of ligusicum wallichiicyperi and other products of qi and blood circulation,so that complement rather than stagnation.It was good at using of bitter cold medicine in the treatment of hot-dampness and using a small amount of bupleurum to rise the spleen and stomach qi.
