Clinical Studies On Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With Ma Teng Xiao Particles

Objective:To explore the availability and safe of the treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy with Ma Teng Xiao Particles. Methods: 60 cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy belonging to deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis,cold accumulating the thread of thought were divided equally into two groups at random.The treatment group were treated with Ma Teng Xiao Particles.The controll group with Methycobal.The clinical recurrence including clinical symptoms,BG,HbA1c,NCV of two groups were observed before and after the treatment, and finally all-around therapeutic effect of two groups were contrasted. Results: Ma Teng Xiao Particles can obviously improve the patients'clinical syndrome. It can lower HbA1c and raise the NCV.Its all-around therapeutic effect is superior to the controll groups obviously. Conclusions: Ma Teng Xiao Particles have better preventive and therapeutic effects on treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy.
