The Clinical Observation Of Xiao Ke Bi Tong Capsule And Mecobalamin For Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Purpose:Through an observation to Xiao Ke Bi Tong capsule and the Mecobalamin can protect the influence to type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,explore combination traditional chinese medicion(TCM) and modern medical for the diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Qi Xu Xue Yu type,affirm its clinical curative effect.Method:This experiment adopted a random group,parallel contrast,self-control observation before and after designation.60 cases of DPN were divided into 2 groups randomly, each group had 30 patients.The treatment group gives Xiao Ke Bi Tong capsuleand Mecobalamin,the control group gives Mecobalamin,the treatment is 3 months.Observe the variation before and after treatment symptoms,signs and clinical curative effect of improving conditions.Result:After experiment,the treatment group improve DPN patients'TCM symptoms efficient is 90%, compared with the control group's 66.7%,have significant meaning (P<0.01);Clinical total curative effect comparison,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.7%,compared with the control group's 66.7%,have significant meaning (P<0.01); And the treatment group can improve blood glucose,lipid,glycosylated hemoglobin and hemorheology.Two groups have no bad affairses take place.Conclusion:Xiao Ke Bi Tong capsule and the Mecobalamin has good a clinical curative effect in the aspects of improving the DPN patients symptoms,signs, and high security,for the future clinical expansion make use of traditional chinese medicion(TCM) and modern medical therapy treatment DPN provided basis,have obvious advantage and vast of applied prospect, greatly improving the prevention and cure of traditional chinese medicion (TCM )for DPN research level.
