Application Of The Therapeutic Mothod Of Rising And Dispersing With The Chinese Herbs Pungent In Flavor And Warm In Nauter In Treatment Of Herpes Simplex Keratitis

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the Chinese herbs pungent in flavor and warm in nature in treatment of HSK based on the etiology and pachogenesis of HSK and the function of the Herbs.Methods: 57 cases were recruited and future divided into two groups:the treated and the controlled groups,according to whether the herbs pungent in flavor and warm in nature were used.All the pathients were treated 2-6 courses(one week as on course).The observation items included photodysphoria,tearing, ocular pain and redness,Corneal dying,impaired,cornea sensitivity,inflammatory changes,etc.The sevevity was divided four classes and scores 0, 1 , 2 , 3 respectively.Result: The total effietiveness was 95% in the treated group and 80% in the controlled group .There is significant difference (P<0.05 ) between the two groups of curative effect statistically.Conclusion: Therapentic mothod of rising and dispersing with the Chinese Herbs pungent in flavor and warm in nauter is important way in treating HSK and helpful in improving clinical curative effect.
