Research On The Application Law Of Pungent Drugs In "Detailed Analysis Of Epidemic Warm Diseases"

Objective:Systematically summarize and interpretation the characteristics of the application of pungent drugs in "Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases",to reveal their law of compatibility of medicines and application in warm diseases,and providing reference for TCM clinical practiceMethods:Based on the theory of four properties and five tastes,this paper adopts the data mining and theoretical discussion combined research methods,combined with wu jutong’s understanding of medicinal flavor,use SPSS statistical software to establish database,from analysis of the pungent drugs frequency,flavor and meridian tropism,proportion of Tri-jiao medication,in order to reveal the medication rule of Wu Jutong using pungent drugs in clinical practice.Results:Data analysis:There are 107 kinds of drugs about pungent taste,the total frequency of medication was 646.Among them,Pinellia ternate,Magnolia officinalis,Ginger,Cinnamon Twig,Tangerine peel,Aconite,Dried ginger,Forsythia suspense and Honeysuckle are representative drugs,and Pinellia ternate,Magnolia officinalis,Bitter and pungent drugss are widely used,they are used 67 times,accounting for 10%of the total.It can be seen that Wu Jutong paid attention to the unobstructed Qi mechanism in the treatment of febrile diseases.Through the analysis of the application law of the pungent drugs four properties,five tastes and tri-jiao,In terms of four properties of drugs is concerned,the application frequency of pungent and warm drugs is the most in "Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases",accounting for 50.93%,this is related to Wu Jutong’s inclusion of cold damp diseases in the triple energizer syndrome differentiation and the comparison with damp warm diseases.In terms of the five flavours,it is the most widely used products of both acrid and bitterness,acrid and sweet,275 and 164 times respectively.In terms of the frequency of drugs used in its triple energizer,the pungent cold drugs such as forsythia,honeysuckle and gypsum are often used to dispelling wind and heat from the body in upper energizer.The pungent bitterness drugs such as Magnolia officinalis,Tangerine peel and Pinellia ternata are often used to promotioning and demotioning Qi activity,dry dampness and eliminate fullness in middle energize.The pungent hot drugs such as Cassia twig,Aconite,Dried ginger are often used to warming yang for dispelling cold in lower-jiao.Rule analysis:This paper summarizes the law of Wu Jutong’s compatibility and application rules of pungent drugs use and the related academic ideas in "Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases".In terms of pungent drugs single flavor effect in"Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases",it has many effects,such as dispersing external evils,expel the excessive fluid,ventilate stomach qi,invigorating the spleen and opening the orifices,leading evils to go out,penetrating collaterals and relieving pain and so on.In terms of the use law of the compatibility of pungent drugs and four natures,it has the functions of clear qi with thepungent-cold,supplementing fire to support Yang,dispersing cold and dampness,relieving superficies syndrome with pungent and warm natured drugs,promotioning and demotioning Qi activity,and relieve exterior syndrome with drugs pungent in flavour and cool in property.As far as the compatibility of pungent drugs and five flavors is concerned,It has a variety of functions,such as when the pungent drugs combined with sour drugs,it can be dispersing and astringent.When it combined with salty drugs,it can be lift and soften.When it combined with sweet drugs,it can be promote the generation of Yang qi.Moreover,the combination of pungent drugs and other sexual flavors is flexible and changeable,wide range of functions,it is suitable for all kinds of worm diseases.In terms of the type of worm diseases it treats,mostly cold-damp disease,damp-warm disease,such as malaria and dysentery,followed by wind-temperature diseases,heat-temperature,heat-stroke diseases,autumn-dryness is the least.Conclusion:Wu Jutong attaches importance to the theory of sexual taste compatibility,on the basis of inheriting the thought of the sages,make full use of the theory of sexual taste compatibility,and it is widely used in the wei-qi-camp-blood syndrome differentiation,the triple energizer syndrome differentiation,and the treatment of various types of warm diseases.Among them,the compatibility and application of pungent drugs are very extensive,and it has certain application rules to follow.This paper analyzes the application frequency and compatibility of pungent drugs in "Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases",explains the rules of its use and provides theoretical guidance for clinical practice.On this basis,combined with the tutor Professor ZhangSichao medical application related to the pungent drugs in the traditional Chinese drugs clinical card,analysis of its compatibility effect,in order to integrate theory with clinical practice better,to provide a reliable basis and ideas for the clinical.
