Changes Of Aortic Buffering Function, Serum Level Of TNF-α And TGF-β1 In Hypertensive Patients And The Study Of Intervene With Cilnidipine | Posted on:2007-03-27 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:X Z Zhong | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2144360185983887 | Subject:Internal Medicine | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Background The actual study indicated that essential hypertension is an inflammatory pathological process. The abnormity of structure and function in vascular endothelia cell caused by inflammatory reaction is the important factor for the occurrence and development in essential hypertension as well as the start-up step of atherosclerosis. Essential hypertension accelerates the progression of atherosclerosis and vascular remodelling by inflammatory reaction. The atherosclerosis and vascular remodelling may lead to the functional alterations such as letdown of elasticity or compliance in artery. And the lowering of elasticity or compliance in aorta is known to be the common characteristic of vascular disease in hypertensive, and it is also the crucial cause for the occurrence and development in hypertensive as well as all kinds of complications . And the vascular remodelling is the pathophysiologic basis to the descending of aortic buffering function. The previous studies suggested that the cytokine, such as tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF-α) and transforming growth factor- β1(TGF- β1) played an important role in neurocrinia, injury of vascular endotherial cell, inflammatory reaction of vascular wall, proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cell and in vascular remodeling. They may participate in the pathologic process of the occurrence and development in essential hypertension. The animal and clinical trials had approved that calcium channel blockers() can improve aortic compliance. Cilnidipine is the third...
