According to the relation of Primordial-qi and spleen-kindey , he had made great contribution to the development of academic theories . The object of this thesis is a famous work of Xiao Jing called Xuanqi Jiuzhenglun . In order to develop the achievement of Xiao Jing and provide new thinking and experience for today's TCM clinic ,a lot of references of Xiao Jing have been gathered and studied carefully,and the clinical distinguishing feature of Xiao Jing in the aspect of spleen-kindey primoridial-qi academical theories .The thesis give a brief account of Xiao Jing'S life and works . We have studied the history and the relative contents of Xuanqi Jiuzhenglun, sum up the main historical origins of Xiao Jing'S spleen-kindey primoridial-Qi academical theories and its contents . We found that nanjing is the guidance and primoridial-qi'S physiology and pathology is the foundation of Xiao Jing'S academical theories . Xiao jing had followed and developed the academic theories of Ligao and Zhangjingyue who were famous physicians being accomplished in primoridial-qi academical theories . Xiao Jing also combined it with his clinical experience and came into being his own spleen-kindey primoridial-qi academical theories .
