Objective:To observe the clinical effect on broncial asthma of kechuantang in treating acute period. Methods: Sixty bronchial asthma patients were divided randomly into 2groups,treated group were given kechuantang cooperated with west medicine'routine method, contrasted group were given west medicine's routine method.According to the decisive criterion curative effection for asthma,we evaluate the clinic curative effection and compare pulmonary function (FEV1,PEF) and cellar EOS of two group between prior to and after the procedures. Result:In treatment group, the curative effect is better than that of contrasted group there are significant differences between them(P<0.05).The PEF in contrasted group was (3.62±0.46)L/S before, while in treatment group was (3.52±0.32)L/S,there are no obvious change between them(P>0.05). The FEV1 in contrasted group was (1.85 ± 0.26 )L before, while in treatment group was (1.75 ± 0.21)L, there are no obvious change between them(P>0.05).The EOS in contrasted group was (0.231 ± 0.115) before, while in treatment group was (0.233±0.009) .The PEF in contrasted group was (4.51 ± 0.51)L/S after, while in treatment group was (4.20 ± 0.44)L/S,there are obviously difference between them (P<0.05). The FEVl in contrasted group was (2.20 + 0.24)L after, while in treatment group was (2.05 ± 0.25)L, there are obviously difference between them (P<0.05).The EOS in contrasted group was 0.174 ± 0.010 after, while in treatment group was 0.178 ± 0.007, there are obviously difference between them (P<0.05). Therefore,The pulmonary function of the treatment group have significant differences compared with that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions :The treatment group is very superior to the contrasted group in...
