Objective: This study attempted to research the differences of psychosocial factors between children with asthma and healthy children. The curative effect of mental intervention to children suffered from asthma be observed so as to improve the level of mental health of children with asthma, and to control the outbreak of asthma better.Result: (1) The score of PTQ in persisting of children with asthma was higher than the normal subjects.(2) The score of CBCL in children with asthma was higher than that in the normal subjects.(3) The total of HAMA and the score of each factor in children with asthma were higher than those in the normal subjects.(4) The total score of HAMD and the score of each factor in children with asthma were higher than those in the normal subjects. (5) The score of CBCL in children with asthma gived mental intervention was lower than that in the children with asthma gived only medication.(6) The total score of HAMA or HAMD and the score of each factor in children with asthma gived mental intervention were lower than that in the children with asthma gived only medication.(7) The rate of clinic control and obvious curative effect of the children with asthma gived mental intervention is better than that of the children with asthma gived only medication.(8) The improvement of FEV1 or PEF of the children with asthma gived mental intervention is better than that of the children with asthma gived only medication.Conclusions: (1)There are more psychosocial questions in children with asthma than those in healthy children. (2)The level of mental health of children with asthma is improved after psychotherapy.(3)The clinic curative effect of children with asthma gived mental intervention is better than that of children with asthma gived only medication.
