Preliminary Research On The Compare Of Ultrasonic And Pathologic Manifestation About Acute Crushed Injury Of Sciatic Nerve In Rabbits

Aim: The injury of peripheral nerve is a common disease which is often seen in clinical and military surgery, its diagnosis and repair is one of the scientific research subjects which have been paid much attention to by both fundamental and clinical subject.c With the advent of modern science and the utilization of advanced technology, it is possible to diagnose peripheral nerve ailment with ultrasonic wave. Little domestic reports was seen on this field because of the confine of the research of human body movement, difficulty of acquiring pathologic sample of human nerve injury. Animal experiment becomes the necessary supplement for clinical research. Our research studied the relation between ultrasonic manifestations and pathologic changes by building models of acute crushed injury of sciatic nerve in rabbits to provide new supplementary diagnose method for clinical work.Method:in our research, nerve was clipped to build models of acute crushed injury of rabbit sciatic nerve. The tube of sterile infusion set was cut to make bar shape, nylon thread was used as a marker to fix it on perineural at the upper part of injured nerve.
