| Fat particle auto-transplantation means excised and purified fat particle being injected into soft tissue defect area for a plump moulding of the recipient site. Because of the high absorption rate, this technique can not be popularized clinically. Many factors influence transplanted fat survival, so many experts did some research works to improve the survival and draw a conclusion: to accelerate angio-reestablishment is the point to improve the transplanted-fat survival. Thus various angio growth factors have become research points. Just like insulin-like growth factor-1[IGF-1]; basic-fibroblast growth factor[b-FGF] and leptin can promote transplanted fat survival respectively, angiopoietin-1 is also one of angio growth factor which was detected in 1996,but until now,there is no report about relationship between Ang-1and fat survival .Objective Through establishing a rat fat-transplantation model, injecting ang-1 into fat particles, with ang-1`s function of improving angiogenesis and blood-circulation,to investigate its effect on angiogenesis and survival in recipient area.Method Thirty-six female Wistar rats weighing 295-305 g were randomly assigned into six groups and treated as follows: Both grafts in 1st and 2nd group were mixed with 2μg/ml ang-1; Both grafts in 3th and 4th group were mixed with 0.25μg/ml ang-1; Both grafts in 5th and 6th group were with mixed normal saline as control groups.1 ml autogenous fat grafts were excised from bilateral inguinal areas... |
