The Expression And Correlation Of GD1b,IFN-γ And IL-13 In Psoriasis Vulgaris Venous Blood

Objective: psoriasis is a common chronic inflamed disease which has proliferation acceleration of epidermis and parakeratosis. At present,it is not completely that we know the cause of disease and pathogenesises of the psoriasis.But the immunity function abnormality is an important factor.Some study reported that there are helper T cell confused in serum in psoriasis patient. Now there have more study on TH1 cytokineIFN-γ,TH2 cytokine IL-4,IL-6,and less study on IL-13,IL-13 is a Th2 cytokine which has much effect on B leukomonocyte,mast cell and keratinocyte. The foreign research report that IL-13 possibly play a important role in the psoriasis inflammation process.Ganlioside(Gls) is one or two sialic acid-containing glycolipids.Some study indicated that Gls generally participate the differentiation of the normal cell and the message transmission processes. Different ganglioside have different contribution, ganglioside which has two sialic acid has something to do with cell multiplicative growth . The foreign research report that GD which has two sialic acid can regulate the hyperplasis of the keratinocyte,make it normal. GD possibly adjust related cytokine to participate the pathogenesis of the psoriasis.The cytokines also regulate the GD expression.
