The Expression Of BrdU And The Opposed Effect Of AG490 In Capsule Of Rabbits With After-cataract

Objective: We plan to make the model of after-cataract by phacoe mulsification. This study was designed to observe if the expression of BrdU in posterior capsule of rabbits with after-cataract and if AG490 relieved or inhibited the formation of after-cataract, and observe the effect of AG490 on the eyes of rabbits in different time after operation and the toxicity of the drug.Methods:1 Animals and grouping:Thirty-five big healthy white rabbits from New Zealand were randomly divided into three groups: â‘ Normal control group: 10 rabbits(20 eyes).BrdU(0.02ml) was injected into the anterior chamber.They were divided into 1d,3d, 7d,1m and 2m groups according to the different time.There were 2 rabbits(4 eyes)in each group;â‘¡Model group:25 eyes(the left eyes)were disposed by phacoe mulsification.The mixture of BrdU(0.02ml),Sodium Hyaluronate(0.05ml) and normal saline (0.1ml)was injected into the anterior chamber.They were divided into 1d,3d,7d,1m and 2m groups according to the different time after operation.There were 5 eyes in each group; â‘¢Treatment group:25 eyes(the right eyes)were treated phacoe mulsification.The blend of BrdU(0.2ml),Sodium Hyaluronate...
