Purpose: To measure renal perfusion parameters with 16 slices spiral-CT and to study these parameters'change in different severity of liver cirrhosis.Material and Method: Dynamic contrast-enhanced single-location sequences CT scans of the kidney were obtained in 67 individuals who included 20 control subjects ,18 patients with compensated cirrhosis and 29 patients with decompensated cirrhosis proven by clinical .These data were processed on GE AW4.1 workstation using kidney perfusion agreement of perfusion 3 software package . Renal perfusion parameters such as renal blood flow ( BF), blood volume (BV), mean transit time (MTT), permeability surface area product (PS) were calculated. Statistics treatment made SPSS 11.5 software , the result took the average value of measurement value , made variance test. we made least significant difference t test (LSD-t test) and adjusted t test (dunnutt T3 ).Results: BF in the right renal cortex and medulla of three group had significant difference (P= 0.000 and 0.006 ) . Compared to control group and compensated cirrhosis group, the BF of decompensated cirrhosis group were significantly altered (cortex :.P=0.000 and 0.002; medulla: P = 0.010 and 0.006) .The BF of the right renal cortex and medulla were not obvious in compensated cirrhosis group ( cortex : P=0.737 ; medulla : P= 0.791 ), in complete contrast to control group,.BV in the right renal cortex and medulla of three group had not significant difference (P= 0.817 and 0.236) .The MTT parameters were analyzed after adjusted t test, because of the heterogeneity of variances . In sharp contrast to control group and compensated cirrhosis group , BF of decompensated cirrhosis group were significantly altered ( cortex : P = 0.017 and 0.007 ; medulla : P = 0.007 and 0.014 ). In marked contrast to control group , the MTT were not obvious in compensated cirrhosis group (cortex: P =0.854 ; medulla : P =0.986 ).The PS in the right renal medulla of three group didn't change obviously ( P = 0.984 ) . The PS in the right renal cortex of three group changed obviously (P = 0.027) .The PS of renal cortex were significantly increased (P = 0.025 and 0.023 ) in decompensated cirrhosis group, by contrast control group and compensated cirrhosis group . The PS of renal cortex were not obvious in compensated cirrhosis group (P = 0.920) ,by contrast control group ,.Conclusion: 1. The decreased BF and the increased MTT were observed in renal cortex and medulla of three groups. The PS decreased obviously in the cortex, but the PS had not...
