Research Of Acupuncture In Treatment Of The Depressive Neurosis Caused By Chronic Pain

The rate of chronic pain happened in the common person is from 20% to 45%. And depressive neurosis has very high rate in the persons who feel chronic pain. The depressive neurosis caused by chronic pain is three times more than the depression in the common inner disease persons.In recently research shows that depression state play an important role in the morbidity course of chronic pain,they are correlate and interact with each other, which is result in the anguish of patients .At present , we use antidepressant drugs to treat the depressive neurosis caused by chronic pain mainly . The certain curative effects of the drugs are confirmed, however, the drugs have side effects and contraindications, and the clinical applications of the drugs are restricted by their drug dependence and high price . Therefore, it is very critical to find therapy ways which are effective , economic, easy and have no side effect and drug dependence, and they work as well as the drugs or better than them .Nowadays, there are a lot of reseachse about the acupuncture treatment of chronic pain or depression . However, there is no specialized reseach about the acupuncture treatment of the depressive neurosis caused by chronic pain at present . The acupuncture treatment has quite a few good qualities, such as multitarget , economic, easy and has no side effect and drug dependence . It is expected that it could relieved the depression mood quickly and it were good to relief the pain . Excellent effect would be received by using the treatment of acupuncture in the depressive neurosis caused by chronic pain. Therefore , we observe the effect and side effect which are caused by acupuncture in the depressive neurosis caused by chronic pain.Objective: To investigate the efficiency and superiority by using acunpuncture to cure the depressive neurosis caused by chronic pain.Method: We choose the patients whose diagnose is the depressive neurosis caused by chronic pain in our hospital. We select the investigative objects according to the internalize standard and exclusion standard . According to the random digits table the screening patients were randomized into acupuncture group(group A) and medication group(group B).
