Background: According to The World Healt Report 2003, every year CVD (cardiovascular disease) made up 16.7 million dealths, or 1/3 of total global deaths. At the same time, CVD has became the leading cause of death among the urban and rural resident in China. In recent years, the outbreak of CVD presents the youthful trend. According to the statistic data of the Chinese Centre of Disease Control in 1998, in our country 55% of CVD befallens in the middle age crowd (45-64 years old). Usually, CVD is often too sudden to cure availably. Even if it can been cured, the curative effect was very limited too. Therefore, controling the risk factors to prevent CVD is the important task for medical science field.A great part of CVD risk factors has something to do with life style. And these can been improved by changing the life style. Then the life style performs an important function to the occurrence of CVD. Our existing researches about CVD risk factors fixed attention on the measure of body and the biochemic test, and were less concern with the life style. This investigation tries to survey more...
