Objective: To explore Correlation between the Level of C-Reactive Protein and thetype of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in unstable anginaMethods: inpatients in unstable angina were divided into eight groups based on thetraditional Chinese medicine syndromes. The level of C-reactive protein were testedin order to reveal the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.Apart of inpatients were also checked by coronary arteriongraphy to reveal the relation betweenThe level of C-reactive protein and arterial stenosis.Result:1.116 inpatients in unstable angina include 27 stagnation of blood in the heart. 19retention of turbid, 24deficient qi and stagnant blood, the number of these three typesis the 60.34percent of the summary of inpatient.2.The level of C-reactive protein in the type of stagnation of blood in the heartsretention of turbid were higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The type of stagnation of blood in the heart, retention of turbid, deficient qi andstagnant blood is the major type of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes inunstable angina2.The level of C-reactive protein in unstable angina patient was related to thephlegm-blood stagnating the heart vessel syndrome.
