BackgroudSevere acute pancreatitis(SAP) often leads to multi-organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS). Among important non-pancreas organs' function disorder, heart dysfunction(pancreatica-heart syndrome) was common. SAP heart injury included change of heart function, cardiac arrhythmia, shock, toxic myocarditis, cardiopericarditis, myocardial infarction. In severe or hemorrhage-necrosis pancreatitis, 22% occurred shock and 3.8% died of heart dysfunction. Cardio-vascular decompensation was the highest complication to result in mortality. Apoptosis and its related gene are nowadays hot points in biomedicine field and gained more and more attention. In the past, people thought that terminal differentiational adult cells, such as myocardium and nerve cells didn't develop apoptosis. But recent researches showed that, if myocardium cells are cultivated in anoxia condition or performed ischemic-reperfusion, apoptosis could take place. In animal models of myocardial infarction, heart failure caused by rapid ventricular pacing, coronary artery embolization, pressure-overloaded hypertrophy, pathologic cell apoptosis occurred. In myocardium of terminal dilated cardiomyopathy patients and myocardial infarction patients, apoptosis cells were found too. Apoptosis was the main cause to lead to myocardium death. In addition, when some agentia was used for induction in terminal...
