objective: It have not been found the etiological factor in the most of Chronic urticaria (CU)which is considered as Chronic'idiopathic' urticaria, and treatment result is bad by antihistamines,So the key factor is to explore the etiological factor. Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is a chronic germs infection of mankind in the most familiar with the result that one of the germs. Recently, Different studies have shown a sort of relationship between Hp and CU because of the high prevalence of infection in patients with chronic urticaria, and the remission of the skin lesions after eradication therapy. But current research much treatment concerning clinic, lack with the result that the research of the disease mechanism. Some researches have shown that the human body infected Hp take place body fluid immunity and cell immunity overall and strongly, produce immunity reaction of the part and whole body, disturb balance of Th1/Th2 , the cell immunity answer should deviate toward the Th1 or Th2, thus causing various diseases.
