Clinical Observation On Using The Agelica Yinzi Which Formulate Under The Theory Of " Flat Modulate Yin And Yang " To Treat Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria With Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objective: To explore the correlation between helicobacter pylori infection and Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria disease recurrence,and based on previous studies,and based on the previous studies,combined with the theory of "flat modulate yin and yang",we used Agelica yinzi to observe the treatment of Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria with Helicobacter pylori infection and then re-interpret the mechanism of treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria with Agelica yinzi addition and subtraction formula,to provide a new idea for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease differentiation and treatment.Method: 74 patients of Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria were selected for and they were willing to take part in the trial.Among them 37 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of Agelica yinzi addition(abbreviated as experimental group)and the other 37 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of Fang shen zhi yang ke li(abbreviated as the control group).7 days for a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.The symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients before treatment and on the 7th,14 th and 28 th days of treatment were scored to judge the curative effect;the incidence of Helicobacter pylori infection before and after treatment was statistically compared between the two groups of patients;Follow-up was performed at weeks 4 and 8 to compare the recurrence rates between the two groups.Results:1?Two groups of subjects,a total of 71 cases,final to 36 cases treatment group and control group 35 cases;and it begans to start to pay off,after treatmented for 14 days,and The efficacy of the control group was inferior to that of the experimental group;28 days after treatment group total effectiveness 91.67%,control group total effective rate was 71.43%,after statistics analysis,P < 0.05,the total effective rate difference between the groups was statistically significant;2?After treatmented for 28 days,the two groups of patients' symptoms and signs including wind group number,size,duration,frequency and so on improved degree of test group is superior to the control group(P < 0.05),and two groups of patients with pruritus improve diff P = 0.114 > 0.05,that is to say,the two kinds of treatment in improving itchy skin have no differences;3?After 8 weeks' follow-up,both groups had recurrence,and the recurrence rates of the two groups were significantly different at 4 and 8 weeks after the end of treatment(P<0.05);4?Most patients of effective treatment the Hp has overcast,a few numerical reduction or have no obvious change.After treatment,by Spearman bivariate correlation test betwen the Hp drops of patients and The integra of clinical symptom and physical sign,conclusioned P = 0.00 < 0.05,the correlation coefficient is 0.733.The causal relationship between the two grops by linear regression analysis conclusioned P=0.00<0.05.Coclusion: 1?The total effective rate of " Agelica yinzi " was better than Fang shen zhi yang ke li.Although both groups had recurrent patients,the long-term recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group;2?The prognosis of chronic spontaneous urticaria patients with helicobacter pylori infection is positively correlated with Hp overcast,so the detection and elimination of helicobacter pylori have certain clinical significance in the treatment of Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria.
