The Investigation On The Relationship Between Chronic Urticaria And Helicobacter Pylori

Objective: To investigate the characteristics of rash onset and the infection of Helicobacter pylori in 5 common symptoms of chronic urticaria. Explore the connotation of the theory of the spleen and stomach and fur and its clinical guiding significance to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods: To collection of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology clinic and ward 5 kinds of spleen and stomach syndrome type of chronic urticaria typical cases, whether Helicobacter pylori infection were divided into 2 groups according to, through the survey table investigation in patients with disease characteristics, the main symptoms of the main syndrome type distribution and merge the spleen and stomach related..Results:(1) 104 patients who accord the iclusion criteria were investigated, including 15 cases of gastrointestinal damp heat syndrome, spleen deficiency syndrome in 21 cases, cold dampness spleen syndrome in 16 cases, 39 cases of syndrome of accumulation of damp heat in the spleen, stomach yin deficiency syndrome in 13 cases. The dampness and heat in spleen which accounting for a large proportion of 37.50%, stomach yin deficiency accounts for the smallest proportion, 12.50%.(2) in chronic urticaria patients with spleen stomach symptoms to the weary limbs, Shenpi, pale yellow, less gas lazy is the most common words, the body sleepy 71 people, Shenpi 68 people, pale yellow, 66 people, less gas lazy words 62 people, accounts for the proportion to respectively 68.27%, 65.38% and 63.46%, 59.62%, followed by dry mouth and throat, abdominal distension, epigastric pain more see, including 58 dry mouth and throat, abdominal distension, 51, epigastric pain, 38, the proportion of respectively 55.77%, 49.04%, 36.54%.(3) 2 groups of patients with chronic urticaria in the wheal size, quantity, seizure frequency, duration time, the degree of itching and there is no significant difference in; but in the spleen and stomach syndromes distribution, spleen deficiency syndrome and dampness and heat in the spleen in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection rate significantly, P = 0.04 <0.05, are statistically significant and spleen deficiency syndrome in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection rate is higher than that of the syndrome of accumulation of damp heat in the spleen. Pylori positive patients in frequency and wheal, at noon on the negative patients have obvious difference, P=0.01<0.05.That Helicobacter pylori positive patients in the University, at noon, wheal frequency was significantly higher than that of negative patients.Conclusion: Through the distribution of syndromes in clinical investigations of chronic urticaria:(1) the function of the spleen and stomach disorder will affect the timing of the onset of the illness of chronic urticaria, the function of the spleen and stomach disorders lead to Ying and Wei dysfunction is a major cause of chronic urticaria timing attack.(2) there is a certain relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and the distribution of spleen and stomach syndrome type of chronic urticaria.(3) Helicobacter pylori infection and chronic urticaria wheal time has a certain relationship. This study verified the interaction of the "spleen and stomach and skin" of the Chinese medicine as a whole. But its specific path needs to be further studied in the future.
