Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of the common migraine in stage of intervals according to synthetic auricular point therapy and effects of the therapy on plasma caleitoala gene-related peptide(CGRP) and endothelin(ET). Method:By the way of random and control trial ,90 common migraine patients in stage of intervals were randomly assigned into treatment group, Synthetic Auricular Point Therapy group with 60 patients and control group in which 30 patients took orally Nimodipine in a ratio of 2:1.Through clinical symptom marks, short-term and long-term curative effect were observed. To observe the diversity of the plasma CGRP and ET, which was assayed by RIA from 32 patients which treat the therapy and 22 health adults. Result:①The total effective rate of short-term in the treatment group was 94.64% and the one of long-term was 82.14% . There were significant difference between two groups(P﹤0.01).②The observation of plasma CGRP and ET: There were significant difference between prior-treatment and post-treatment (P﹤0.01).Conclusion:①Synthetic Auricular Point Therapy is an effective treatment for the common migraine in stage of intervals.②Synthetic Auricular Point Therapy can regulate the balance of CGRP and ET in the migraine patients, which can develop the functions of endothelincytes.
