The Clinical Curative Effect And Evaluation Of The Common Migraine In Stage Of Attack According To Synthetic Auricular Point Therapy

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of the common migraine in stage of attack according to synthetic auricular point therapy.Method: By the way of random and control trial ,108 common migrainure in stage of attack were randomly assigned into treatment group, Synthetic Auricular Point Therapy group with 72 patients and control group in which 36 patients took orally Nimodipine and Ergotamine caffeine in a ratio of 2:1.Through VAS(visual analog scale)and clinical symptom marks,instant,short-term and long-term curative effect and security were observed and evaluated.And through Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound (TCD) detection,cerebral blood flow velocity of two groups were compared.Result: (1)The treatment group has distinct instant pain-relief effect.There were significant difference between two groups (P < 0.01) . As to pain-relief time,the treatment group took shorter time than the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The total effective rate of short-term in the treatment group was 98.58% and the one of long-term was 79.57% .There were significant difference between two groups(P < 0.01 ).(3)Abnormal cerebral blood velocity in treatment group was improved and no better than control group (P > 0.05).(4)Adverse reaction of the treatment group was less than one of the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Synthetic Auricular Point Therapy is an effective and safe treatment for the common migraine in stage of attack.
