The Harris hip scores before THA operation were 16 to 38 and the average scores were 26.0.2. Methods: total hip arthroplasty was performed on both lateral hips at the same time with a lateral incision .Antiseptic treatment and systemic healing exercise was regular after operation. A follow-up for 6 to 26 (mean 18) months was followed .then therapeutic effect was evaluated by Harris grade system and x-ray examination.Results:1.
