Objective:To study the relationship among CT appearances and dynamic enhancement with tumor angiogenesis , proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)expression and tumor malignant degree in peripheral lung cancer. Methods: Thirty patients with peripheral lung cancer (adenocarcinoma in 13 cases and squamous cell carcinoma in 12 cases other 5 cases)proved by surgery and pathology underwent enhancement dynamic CT scan before operation(pro-contrast and 20S,30S, 45S, 60S, 90S, 2min, 3min, 4min, 5min post-contrast), and the CT attenuations of the region of interest (ROI were measured. monoclonal antibody CD34and PCNA were expressed through immunohistochemical staining by means of SP methods. Results: MVD and PCNA value's carried no relation with the type of lung cancer ( P>0.05 ) . MVD and PCNA value's related with the degree of differentiation of the tumor cell and lesion's size, lobulation sign, spinous protuberance, vessel convergence sign, pleural retraction sign, lymph node metastasis (P<0.05) .though it showed no relation with spiculation sign ( P>0.05 ) .The mean enhanced CT values was(39.7385±10.07312) HU in adenocarcinomas, and (32.1667±9.95009 ) HU in squamous cell carcinomas. The CT values of both adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma had positive correlations to their corresponding MVD values(r=0.619 , P<0.05; r=0.586,P<0.05 ) .The degree of CT enhancement is not...
