ObjectiveTo compare the evaluation of biopsy on 16 slice spiral CT and single spiral CT guided pneumonia type carcinoma of lung, to explore the diagnostic value and safety of it,through technology analysis, pulmonary nodules by multi-slice spiral CT postprocessing, analysis the various signs of lung cancer and focal pneumonia, Pathology with 16 slice spiral CT guided biopsy and the results were compared by retrospective study, the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of MSCT on pneumonia type carcinoma of lung. MethodsIn 50 cases of lung cancer guided biopsy in 16 slice spiral CT, single slice spiral CT were analyzed retrospectively, examination of the collected samples for cytology orpathology, biopsy underwent CT examination, diagnosis if there are complications of bleeding, pneumothorax, and analyze the puncture time, sampling accuracy and the incidence of complications. On the 16 slice spiral CT scanning of 45 cases of pneumonia in lung volume type of lung cancer and 50 cases of focal pneumonia patients, analyzed by HRCT, MPR reconstruction and Lung Care software nodules, finally according to the pathologicalresults were retrospectively studied and chi square test for statistical analysis. Results1. 16 layer CT biopsy 50 cases achieved satisfactory tissueand 45 cases were diagnosed, the average time ofpuncture in 22.8 minutes, 8% complications; single screwgroup 50 cases obtained satisfactory tissue and 37 cases were diagnosed, the average time of puncture in 35.6minutes, 12% complications; in different CT guidedpuncture sampling time and sampling accuracy there was significant difference(P<0.05), the incidence of complications was not statistically significant(P>0.05)。 2. Isolated lung cancer in short spiculation, vascular convergence sign, pleural indentation sign, air bronchogram and Lung Care software analysis of tumornodules showed obviously higher than focal pneumonia(P<0.01)。 Conclusion Biopsy of lung cancer in 16 slice spiral CT localizationsuccess rate and high accuracy, can be used as the preferred method for qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary nodules; technical, functional analysis can provide thebasis for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of clear onpneumonia lung cancer and focal pathology is differentand the 16 slice spiral CT after treatment, combined withpathological results of CT guided biopsy, and provide evidence for clinical early treatment can achieveaccurate, early diagnosis, effective treatment purposes.
