Objective To observe the analgesic efficacy of intravenous patient —controlled analgesia (PCIA) with Lappaconitine and its influence on plasma prolactin level after Cesarean section. Methods Forty parturients undergoing elective Cesarean section under epidural an esthesia, were randomly allocated to PCEA group (n=20)and PCIA group(n=20). All parturients comply with following the condition : ASA I—II grade , full term , 22-32years old single birth parturients, without pregnancy complication and epidural anesthesia contraindication. The same condition 20 parturients were injected meperidine according to required in control group without postoperative analgesia. Before operation, the patients and relatives were introduced the approach of PCA, announcements and explained VAS score, taken blood frequency and time , agree with it. PECA: 0.15%levobupivainecompound sublimaze2ug/ml+2.5mg Droperidol were diluted by normal sodium tol50ml. Loading dose was 5ml. Background dose was 4ml/h, Palp dose was 3ml/ vic, timing was 20min, the maximal was 20mlper hour. After operation , part urients were given loading dose and installed PCEA pump.
