The rapid development of medical science and technology, which has greatly advanced healthiness of people, also contributed to conquering diseases and improving quality of lives and has steady pushed social total progress. However, with the application to clinical practices, the development of medical science and technology has brought about direct or indirect impacts on doctor-patient relationship in the aspects of medical technology, psychology, ethics and law, also has brought challenges of the doctor-patient mode. So, it need to consider various negative impacts and seek after the effective measures to establish the perfect and harmonious doctor-patient relationship.In part I , which summarizes the development of modem medical science and technology and analyses the advantageous and adverse influences: on one hand, it has promoted clinic diagnosis , treatment, iatrical efficiency and thinking of scientific researches, on the other hand, also has brought many disadvantageous infections such as the increase of diseases gained in hospital and medical expenses, the wastes of medical resources and the localizations of clinic thinking.In part II, which combines the negative impacts of medical science and technology with the representational cases of medical dissension, on this base, discusses various adverse impacts on doctor-patient relationship in the six aspects of technology, economy, communication, ethics, law and clinic thinking.In part III, which observes the new characteristic and condition of development of medical science and technology, at the same time, combines with many existing conflicts to forecast the developmental trends and potential demands of doctor-patient relationship.In part IV, which considers the contents of part II and part III to...
