Problem about rural areas'development appears more and more important as China has entered the phrase of constructing affluent society comprehensively and at the new stage of speeding up the socialism modernization. Along with reforms going deep, the country public health exposes some deep level problems gradually. The author proposes his own research mentality through the literature analysis based on the analysis of present situation for our country public healthy product supplies. First, applied the theories of public product to define the classification,definition,scope and feature of country public healthy product. Second, we analyze farmers'healthy condition in view of healthy economy, then clear the relationship between supply of country healthy collective goods and farmers'healthy condition. So we could explicit government's duty. At last, we advanced that the government should perfect legal system, bring up finance plunge, collocate healthy resource reasonably to guarantee the supply of country healthy goods. We could meet farmers'healthy need.
