Objective Ovarian cancer is the most common cause of death from gynecological cancers in world. The incidence of this disease occupy the sixth of gynecological cancers, Ovary cancer is the thirth disease that threaten the women heslth except cervical cancer and carcinoma of endometrium in our country. In recent years, the incidence of ovary cancer has the trend of increasing. Ovary cancer can not be diagnose in early stage ,at the same time ,it easily metastasis and has poor outcome. So chemotherapy is an effect management in therapy ovary cancer. The study on some effective gene antibody with chemotherapy drags is becoming one of new hotspot.HER-2, also known as ErbB-2 is a number of the epithermal growth facter receptor (EGFR) family of receptor tyrosine kinases. Many studies show that it is an important oncogene in human tumors genesis and development,in recent years it is becoming a new target in anticancer therapy. HER-2 overexpressed and/or amplified in most tumors. HER-2 gene also involve in cell proliferation and confers resistance to apoptosis. As we all known, chemotherapy, as an effective management, can remission ovarian cancer cell proliferation. Human Topo â…¡ a is a key target for many active anticancer drugs, such as toposide, adrianycin. Human Topo â…¡ enzymes in cells have key roles in nucleic and metabolism, increased expression of Topo â…¡ a has been associated with the most aggressive and highly proliferative neoplasm. Human Topo â…¡ a locate on the locus q21 of chromosome 17, as well as HER-2/NEU. Topo â…¡ a...
