Aims: The cerebral pasly means the synthetic symptom given rise to the non-progressing harm of brain which occurs in the growth periods from the child' s pre-birthday to the child' s post-birthday for one month. The cerebral pasly child' s hearing lose is always overlooked. For the further inquiry of the reasons of cerebral pasly child' s hearing lose, and giving the hearing lose children of cerebral pasly overall medical treatments in time, this paper has given the comprehensive academic analysis of the reasons of this synthetic symptom above, supported by the medical check to hearing sense of cerebral pasly children.Methods: By the means of the medical checks of ABR, OAE and acoustic immittance measurement,we have investigated the reasons, analyzed the types of all cerebral pasly children in our hospital from January to December in 2005. According to those materials, we have finished analysis of the reasons of cerebral pasly child' s hearing lose .Results:1, The result analysis of medical checks to 484 cases of cerebral pasly children shows that there are 160 abnormal cases (33.06 percent), the occurring rate varies according to the type and reason of cerebral pasly child' s hearing lose. Among all the 484 cases, the symptoms of serious suffocation, premature delivery, and jaundice are not only the main factors given rise to the cerebral pasly , but also are the main reasons led to cerebral pasly child' s hearing lose.2, The result shows that the occurring rate of convulsive cerebral pasly child is obviously higher than that of other else types.3, The result shows that the occurring rate of cerebral pasly male child is obviously...
