[Objective]In order to avoid vein hydroncus, blood coagulation and thrombus resulted from necrotic chemical matter after limb's burn; benefit the regeneration and recovery of burned-out and metamorphic muscles and tendons; shun the putrescence of limbs; reduce the rate of cutting limbs by electrical shock and recovery the limbs' function to some extent, the major blood vessels at the two ends of wound sections are intubatedly bridged with tailor-made silicone tube and axial pattern shin flap carrying blood vessel web to transfer or cover the burnt section. The injured veins can be rebuilt to get the outlying limbs temporarily provided with blood by intubatton.[Method]As a healthy dog for an experimental animal, the back limbs after being shocked by electricity were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group: clearing the necrotic and metamorphic tissue, cutting the embolized arteries and veins, intubating the outlying and near working sections with specially-made silicone tube, making blood vessel web beneath the cutis at the outlying inguinal flap, transplanting blood vessel web beneath the cutis into the hypodermic of outlying limbs while transferring shin flap. After the operation the pathology of the limbs of each group have been changed by dyeing HE and observing the survived areas of different limb's skin. The ultrastructure of limb tissue can be observed by transmission electric lens to compare the changing process of the density of tiny blood vessels of different limbs at respective period and the phlebography of blood vessel or to watch the situations of thigh action of limbs and fluency of arteries based upon cutting the limbs. The potentiality is to probe into the possible effective regime of rebuilding injured blood vessels after getting electrical shock with silicone tube.[Result]It was discovered that there was significant difference between the two groups by...
