Craniofacial fracture is a usual situation in the cases of craniofacial trauma, which can be caused by many kinds of reasons. The traffic accident comes to become the main reason for recently years. It is very important for cases of trauma to make accurate and quickly diagnosis. The diagnoses of craniofacial fracture were mainly dependent on X-ray before CT was turned on. The X-ray images were not clearly for clinic to diagnose complicated fractures because the images were overlay in all body. CT has high density resolution and scan in fault plane. CT become the mainly methods in diagnosis of fracture because it can show bone clearly. The craniofacial bones are complicated in the anatomy construction and the seam of bone. General CT has difficulty in diagnosis of very small and complicated fracture for this region.Recently years CT technology developed very quickly, CT has developed from general CT to spiral CT. The spiral CT has developed to double row and to 64 row. It scanning speed is more and more fast, thickness is more and more thin. The thickness of 64 row CT can get 0.33 mm (most thin). The information is abundance, the images are clearly and the function of post processing software is abundance. We collected all cases scanned by 16 row CT, all the data were reconstructed by thin thickness and observed with three dimension-...
