In this paper, we firstly scan the internal and external environment concerned toJinnan Huaxia Hospital, and then, match the resources and capabilities to thecompetitive environment. Finally we formulate and select the hospital developingstrategy and implement plan using some qualitative analysis method including swotanalysis, five competitive forces, product/market grid, and the value chain analysis.Quantitative analysis would be used in strategy execution as the establishment ofmarketing, advertising object and effect evaluation. Furthermore, we make anadequately study to the human resource strategy and marketing strategy. All thesemethods and results would be valuable for learning.Jinan Huaxia hospital has been founded for almost seven years and obtained fairlygood reputation. However, with increasing of competitors and restriction of advert bygovernment, the effectiveness of advert and the whole revenue decreased. So thesubject will study how Jinan Huaxia hospital develop from the aspect of strategyestablishment and implement, which offered great amount of valuable methods andexperiences to all mercantile hospitals and clear the object to the internal sectorsrelated.
