In recent year, the morbidity and mortality of coronary arterydisease ( CHD) is creasing gradually. The early diagnose is badlyneeded so that it can be treated properly. Coronary arteriography isthe gold standard of CHD,but because it is an invasiveexamination ,with definite danger and high expense,and difficult torepeat, so it is not accepted by many patients. Many scholars makea great deal of researching work for finding an examination whichis convenient,accurate, reliable and non-invasive.. Quantitative Tissue Velocity Imaging (QTVI) is a newtechnology of Doppler myocardial tissue imaging (DTI) , which isdevelopping in recent year. It overcomes the local of DTI ,whichcan obtain myocardial velocity and echo information of 2-D colorDoppler. It uses super-frame-frequency synchronizing -handleskill.By this it can obtain accurat curve about myocardium velocity;another, QTVI can carry out multipoint sampling to differentsegmented myocardium at the same time. Meanwhile, it can showmyocardium movement curve of 8 point. It can also sample thecentric position of myocardium tissue color imaging at the differenttime to the same patient. The movement curve received isanalyzed ,and the feature of motion abnormality is finded.By thosesome indexes such as wall motion abnormality and myocardiummotion velocity can be quantitative assay ,which provide reliablediagnose clinical analysis for CHD and myocardial ischemia.Objective: to appraise the application of QTVI indiagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD) by applyingthis technology to analyzing the index of movementvelocity of left ventricle myocardium. Method: Researchobjects are 40 patients with coronary arteriography(CAG)were involved in this study,and were divided into healthadult group and abnormal person group (CHD illness)according the results of CAG. The Vs Ve Va peakvelocities of lateral wall,ventricular septum ,inferiorwall,the basilar part of anterior wall and the middlesection are compared. Significance test is carried outbetween the two groups. Result: the peak velocities ofVs,Ve are lower than than of corresponding segments ofnormal control,which are significant difference betweenthe two groups(p<0.05). But the peak velocities of Vahave no significant difference (p>0.05). Conclusion:QTVI technology can determine part movment velocity ofmyocardium accuratly. There is invariably clinicalapplication in non-invasive diagnosis of CHD.
