This research uses teaching to compare with the experiment method, with the research samples of 188 students in grade 2003 of Nursing Department of the Medical College of HuangShi Institute of Science and Technology, who are the students of "single system of five years", and the thesis carries on the research in the process of practicing on the augmented feedback on different occasions , frequency and contents which influence the learning of fundamental nursing operative skills. The results of this study indicates:1, Different occasions , frequency and contents of augmented feedback have various influences on the learning of fundamental nursing operative skills.2, Concurrent augmented feedback is not good for learning, Instant terminal augmented feedback can ensure the better performance in the stage of practicing, but it is not good for retention of fundamental nursing operative skills. The summary augmented feedback that accompany with subjective performance evaluation strategy is helpful for learning of operative skills.3, The informations of both incorrect and correct operation are provided to help the learning of operative skills.4, The using of the practicing feedback form can promote the cooperative learning of students , develop their self-dependence in learning and increase the efficiency of practicing of fundamental nursing operative skills in the model ward. The form is helpful for operative skill learning.5, Just the results of practice tests can not be enough to reflect the students' learning level, only by considering the results of the retention tests and the transfer tests, can we evaluate the real learning level of the students' fundamental nursing operative skills.
