| This research uses teaching to compare with the experiment method, with the research samples of 246 students in Grade 2002 of nursing department of Huangshi Medical College of Institute of Science and Technology, who are of "single system of five years", and the thesis carries on the research on the practical effects in operative skill teaching of the basic nursing students. The pictures are the operational flowchart of the nursing students, and the psychological exercise refers to the mental training method of the learners repeatedly thinking the process of body movement in the course of the operative skill. This result of study indicates:1. Protect picture law can improve basic nursing operative skill, for both top students and medium, and bad students, especially to bad students.2. The picture law can improve and protect the achievements which grow the cognitive composition related to operative skill of basic nursing, both to top student bad students.3. Psychological Practice can improve the operative skills not only to the top students but also to the medium and bad ones, among them the function for the top students is more obvious.4. Psychological practice law can help increase the cognitive scores of nursing students' operative skill and it can promote both the bad students and the top students.5. There is no obvious difference between picture law and psychological practice.6. Psychological practice law together with picture law is obviously more effective than only picture law. And among them have facilitation to the forming of different levels student's operative skill. Reflect promotion on it study about composition not cognitive mainly in bad student.
